Since we are a wholesaler, we sell to the Trade only. You must have a registered business and business licence number to buy from us.

In order to offer the best price possible we do not have a cash n’ carry. All ordering is done on our website at www.greenvalleygourmet.com. It is the easiest and quickest way to order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. No C.O.D’s.

No. We sell directly to you. Since we don’t use sales reps, we can keep our costs low and pass the savings on to you.

At Green Valley Gourmet we never ask for a minium order amount but in order to make the shipping cost worthwhile it would be advisable to place an order of at least $75.00. Shipping is calculated manually in order to provide the best rate possible, therefore your order will not reflect the shipping cost until it is packed and ready to ship.

Currently we do not offer assorted case ordering but it may be available in the near future.

We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. It normally takes between 2-3 working days for delivery in Ontario and Quebec, and 5-7 working days elsewhere. It may take longer during the busy holiday season.

During summer months we can ship chocolate products to customers in Ontario and Quebec with a 1-day transit time only, using ice packs. There is a nominal cost for ice packs.

We ship via CANPAR and Purolator ground.

During the Christmas season it is highly recommended that you pre-order by the end of August with a specified delivery date that you would like to receive your order. This can be done by telephone or by email.
